// TERMS · v1.0 · 2026-05-01

How using this site works.

This page describes the terms governing public use of this site — what content belongs to whom, how engagements are formalized, and which jurisdiction applies. For active client engagements, the binding terms live in the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), not on this page; if anything here conflicts with your MSA, the MSA controls.

// 01 SITE CONTENT

Site content.

Site copy, design, code, and the Journal are GS Studio™'s unless otherwise noted.

ATONE is a project GS Studio™ developed end-to-end for an external client across 2020–2026. The case study at /work/atone and the technical post-mortem at /blog/atone-five-year-postmortem describe the engineering work.

The technical post-mortem PDF, capabilities deck, and journal posts may be quoted with attribution. Don't republish in full without written permission.

// 02 ENGAGEMENTS

The MSA is the contract.

Information on this site (capabilities, engagement models, pricing ranges) is descriptive. The legally binding terms of any GS Studio™ engagement live in the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and associated Statement of Work, not on this site. If anything on this page conflicts with your MSA, the MSA controls.

// 03 GOVERNING LAW

Cyprus, with friendly defaults.

GS Studio™ is incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus. Site usage and any non-MSA dispute are governed by Cyprus law. Engagements with international clients commonly carry a different governing-law clause negotiated in the MSA itself.
