How we handle your data.

This page describes how GS Studio™ collects, stores, and uses personal data submitted through this site. We collect from three forms only, store everything with EU-resident processors, and never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. The text below is the operative policy as of the effective date listed.

// 01 WHAT WE COLLECT

Three forms. That's all.

We collect data only from three forms on this site:

  • Contact form (/contact) — your name, email, studio, the topic you're reaching out about, and your message. Stored to respond to your inquiry.
  • Capabilities-deck request (/capabilities) — your email, studio, role, consent flag. Stored to send you the deck and (if you opt in) future updates.
  • Journal subscription (/blog) — your email only. Stored to send the monthly journal.

We do not run advertising pixels, third-party session-recording tools, or any cookie-based tracking on this site.

We do use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view metrics (which routes are popular, broad geographic buckets). Vercel Analytics is cookieless, sets no client-side identifiers, and collects no personally identifiable information — see Vercel's analytics privacy policy for the technical details.

// 02 WHERE IT'S STORED

Supabase + Resend. Both EU.

Form submissions go to a Supabase Postgres database hosted in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Newsletter signups also mirror to a Resend Audience hosted in Ireland (eu-west-1) so we can send the monthly email. Both providers are GDPR-compliant data processors.

// 03 YOUR RIGHTS

Email us. We'll act within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Send a request to hello@gs-studio.eu and we'll respond within 30 days. The newsletter unsubscribe link in every email is the fastest way to remove your address from the journal list.
